Casina Rossa's sauces are made the way the family has refined their crops for generations. Here there are no unnecessary flavorings, only natural ingredients and flavors. We launch a number of sauces where they pass small loads of sun-ripened tomatoes as they ripen. The tomato pulp is mixed with extra virgin olive oil and flavored according to traditional recipes. These are full-fledged sauces you can use directly with the pasta or add your own favorite ingredients to, for example, a traditional stew.
