Pure umami expression of liquid mushroom. Deep rich warm and intense.
The shoyu are made from premium ingredients. Salt from North Sea Saltworks and Koji made of barley(gluten) from the organic flour mill, Holli Mølle.
Fermented for 4 weeks.
