The Cannondale R900 has been thoroughly inspected by our mechanics at Oslovelo so that it delivers the same unique bicycle feel as it gave in 1987. If you are looking for a stylish vintage bicycle frame, this R900 model is a good choice.
Be aware that vintage frames may have some natural wear and tear, but not something that affects the property or quality. All frames have been thoroughly checked for damage to the construction.

The company was established in 1971 by Joe Montgomery. The name Cannondale is taken from the Cannondale Metro North train station in Wilton, Connecticut.
Cannondale originally produced backpacks and bags for camping and trailers for touring bikes. Cannondale was a pioneer in the development of aluminum for bicycle frames, and today Cannondale produces many types of bicycles in quality segments, most of which are made of aluminum rather than steel, titanium and carbon.
The company is headquartered in Bethel, Connecticut, and until the 2000s, the company produced bicycle frames in Bedford, Pennsylvania, USA.
In 2008, Cannondale was acquired by Dorel Industries, a Canadian listed and owner of other bicycle brands such as GT, Huffy and Schwinn. In April 2009, all production of Cannondale was moved to Taiwan. This has not been well received by the hard core of cyclists who have a relationship with this American bicycle brand.
Since 2007, Cannondale has been a partial sponsor and bicycle supplier to the Italian cycling team Liquigas. From 2006, Cannondale's design department was headed by the Norwegian industrial designer Torgny Fjeldskaar.
